Spotlight- Sarah Caulfield, NALW Accredited Certificate in Supervision Qualified

What motivated you to pursue the Accredited Supervisor Course?

I am always looking for ways to further my knowledge and skills. I don’t think you ever stop learning and the topics covered by the course were all relevant and useful for my role and to progress further.

Could you share some of the specific benefits and insights you gained from completing the Accredited Supervisor Course?

The benefits I felt I gained were that I could look at different ways of learning, and how to approach people in a way that suits their needs and capabilities.

If you could message organisations and individuals considering this course, what would it be based on your experience and its impact?

I would encourage others to complete this course; the feedback was quick, very thorough and useful. It exceeded my expectations.
