Working Together: Empowering the Workforce to Transform Patient Care

We are delighted to partner with RPS annual conference. During the event, we will host a dedicated session and be available at our exhibition booth to address any enquiries regarding the collaborative efforts of pharmacy teams and social prescribing link workers in revolutionising patient care.

Session Topic: How Social Prescribing Link Workers (SPLWs) and Pharmacists are working together to transform patient care

Time: 14:15pm

This session will cover the importance of social prescribing, and how pharmacy teams can apply this to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
